6242直流电压电流源/监视器
6242是具有高性能特性的直流电压和电流源/监视器，包括4½位数的源分辨率，5½位数的测量分辨率以及0.02％的基本精度。它提供/测量0至±6 V / 0至±5 A，并支持广泛的脉冲生成和测量功能，包括扫描和脉冲扫描。 6242可以产生低至50μs的脉冲宽度，并可以以低至1μV/ 100pA的分辨率进行测量。因此，该产品可用于广泛的应用，例如作为半导体和其他电子元件的研究和开发评估的电源，或作为生产线特性测试系统的电源。 6242非常适合评估太阳能电池的特性。同时，单独的HI / LO限幅器设置功能可以展示其评估电池和电源IC的能力。其挂起功能可根据每个应用的具体要求选择的OFF状态。 6242标配有GPIB和USB接口。
