5450和5451超高电阻计

5450/5451是一款具有5½位显示器的数字式超高电阻测量仪，集成了ADCMT的传统和新型直流放大器技术。 它的设计易于使用，任何操作本仪器的人都可以获得相同的测量结果。
高电阻测量可广泛用于测试二次电池，半导体，电子元件，电容器，印刷电路板，滤波器，合成树脂或橡胶材料在研发，制造，质量控制等领域使用的电绝缘材料。
通过使用夹具，可以根据JIS标准测量材料的表面和体积电阻。 另外，可以以高灵敏度和高精度测量施加高电压的半导体器件的泄漏电流。
